PCextreme neemt Flexwebhosting over

Flexwebhosting B.V. (“Flexwebhosting), among the largest web hosting providers in the Netherlands, has been acquired by PCextreme B.V. (“PCextreme”), a fast- growing Dutch Internet Service Provider that is part of Total Webhosting Solutions (“TWS”).

Vlissingen, December 18, 2019 – Flexwebhosting was established in 2001, as one of the first providers to offer affordable web hosting for individuals and companies. Flexwebhosting has now become one of the largest web hosting providers in the Netherlands.

After more than 18 years, Jeroen Bouten, owner and founder of Flexwebhosting, has decided to transfer his shares to PCextreme to take the company to the next phase of growth and progress. “I was given the opportunity to give the company and our web hosting customers a good and permanent home.
